To initiate a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for verification purposes.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@insanekits.com Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer two options for resolution: a refund or a replacement with a new item.

Please note that while we offer free shipping, the cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Requests

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly request that you reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. Regrettably, after this timeframe, we won't be able to accommodate cancellation requests. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without the need for justification. The item must meet the same criteria as mentioned above.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
